Star Chart is now available for free, making it an excellent educational and augmented reality astronomy app. With over 20 million users, it has become a popular choice for stargazers.

To use the app, simply point your AR-enabled device at the sky, and Star Chart will identify the celestial bodies you are looking at in real time. Utilizing state-of-the-art GPS technology and accurate 3D simulation, it calculates the current location of every star, planet, and moon visible from Earth, even during daylight hours.

Just point your device downwards! Additionally, Star Chart can reveal the position of your star sign in the sky and provide other informative details.
